2025 USRowing Coxswain Conference
Join us for our first annual USRowing Coxswain Conference. We are building a spectacular list of speakers featuring Olympic Coxswains, Elite Coaches, and experts that will speak on over 20 topics including Building a Coxswain Pathway, Creating Great Recordings, Why Words Matter, Inflection Mastery, Leading Your Boat, and Race Day Management. There will be sessions for coaches, athletes, and club administrators.

All registered participants will have access to the live virtual conference as well as all session recordings as they are available. Live participants will have the opportunity to interact with the speakers and ask questions.

Single Day Individual Pass: $125
Provides an individual with access to the live conference as well as access to all recordings once they are available.
Single Day Boathouse Pass: $549
Provides a boathouse with conference access for 20 individuals. A conference manager will reach out to the contact provided for the list of participants.
Weekend Individual Pass: $199
Provides an individual with conference access to both the Chasing Excellence Junior Conference and the USRowing Coxswain Conference.
Weekend Boathouse Pass: $799
Provides a boathouse with conference access to both the Chasing Excellence Junior Conference and the USRowing Coxswain Conference for 20 individuals. A conference manager will reach out to the contact provided for the list of participants. You may submit a different list of 20 individuals for each conference day.
